I am not sure I could do this with the kids in the limited time they allow us in the labs. :(

Erin, thanks so much for commenting. I appreciate your feedback and you're right, it's hard to know if the things I am putting out there are helpful without comments.
ReplyDeleteRegarding lab time - I've done this project with 6th-8th graders in about 90 minutes. I would prefer to spend more time than that, but students can certainly produce a finished product within that constraint.
